Glencadia Gourmet Products are produced in the commercial kitchens of Love Apple Farm. Our Director, Chef Phil Schools, is ServSafe and HACCP certified and ensures our kitchen is run utilizing the sanitation and safe handling procedures you would expect from your favorite restaurant.
