Our recipes are crafted by chefs with experience in Farm-to-Table kitchens, ensuring a blend of nutrition and haute cuisine for your pet, and we have 18 years of experience in exceptional dog care giving us a keen insight on what a dog likes, needs and eats!
Can I get your products shipped to me if I live outside of NYC?
Currently, No. We are actively exploring partnerships with shipping providers and working towards registering our products in other states to enable nationwide shipping in the future. For now, we offer complimentary curbside delivery in our local area of Columbia County, NY and Northern Dutchess County, and our primary service area in Manhattan and Brooklyn, as well as delivery service for a fee in select areas within the greater NYC Metro area. If you are interested in being updated when we expand our service area, when shipping is available, and for product updates SEND US YOUR INFO HERE.
How are your products delivered?
Currently, we utilize our dedicated fleet of Mercedes Benz Sprinter Vans—affectionately named Thelma, Louise, and Sally—to deliver Glencadia Gourmet products directly to your doorstep. If you’re already acquainted with our Free Van Service for Glencadia Dog Camp, you’ll find our delivery process for Glencadia Gourmet equally convenient. For newcomers, we operate in NYC on Monday and Thursday evenings between 5pm – 9pm, optimizing our route based on delivery stops without fixed time slots. We’re exploring the addition of Tuesday or Wednesday evenings specifically for Glencadia Gourmet deliveries and will keep you informed. On delivery day, expect a text message in the morning with your estimated delivery time. If you have a preferred spot for us to leave your order, please specify this when you place your order!
I read that Glencadia Gourmet comes frozen, can I get it fresh?
No, we only ship/deliver our products frozen. Because we use real food and no preservatives, frozen is the best way for us to ensure freshness and the quality that we can stand behind.
Is Glencadia Gourmet suitable for all dog breeds and sizes?

Transitioning to Glencadia Gourmet should be gradual over 7-10 days, mixing increasing amounts of our gourmet food with decreasing amounts of their current food. This ensures a smooth adjustment for your dog’s digestive system.
Can I subscribe to regular deliveries?
Absolutely! Glencadia Gourmet offers subscription plans for regular deliveries directly to your doorstep, ensuring your dog never runs out of their favorite meals. Subscribers also enjoy exclusive discounts and offers. We will always keep it simple to place one-time orders as well, we don’t want to make it hard for you to choose against a recurring subscription.
Are the ingredients really locally sourced?
Yes, we pride ourselves on sourcing the majority of our ingredients from local farms in the Hudson Valley to support sustainable agriculture and ensure the freshest ingredients for our recipes. For certain ingredients that are not available or not grown in the Hudson Valley, we carefully select reputable sources that meet our high standards for quality and sustainability. This approach allows us to offer a diverse menu year-round while maintaining our commitment to quality and environmental responsibility.
How do I store Glencadia Gourmet meals?
Our meals are frozen to preserve freshness and should be stored in your freezer. Thaw them in the refrigerator before serving, and use within 3-5 days for best quality and taste.
